Great Team and Facility
Great team working at Area Storage. They were able to address all my questions and concerns regarding my unit and move. Even referred me out to a great moving company. I was extremely pleased with my experience. Highly recommend
While the unit itself is great and I would recommend to others. The customer service was not that great. I received a voicemail to call the facility in which I called once I was out of work. It went to voicemail and on it it did not have the times on it. I called back again thinking they were just busy at the time. Eventually on my 3rd attempt the phone was answered by a Michelle I believe. Who was incredibly rude stating the office was closed, and when I told her I was calling back after a voicemail I received she just kept repeating that it was probably my bill and that the office was closed and she couldn't help me at the time. While I understand the office was closed I was not aware of the hours and feel as though the employee should have handled the situation better then just repeating the office was closed. And recommend you change the voicemail or have an after hours voicemail so you dont run into the same situation again.
Best Storage Experience Ever!!!
We have used this facility due to it being climate controlled and close to our house. We have been so happy with our choice. The big flat bed carts make moving a breeze and the staff has been friendly and keeps the facility always looking its best. I will recommend this facility to family and friends.
